Doubront should get a good start tonight against a bad offense. WIN! I'm sticking to my Sox-Yankee routine of watching the game on YES. This season the Sox are 2-0 when I watch on YES, and 0-2 on NESN.

Doubront has looked very good against good offenses. If he can pitch around Cano, it should be a fun game.
Doubs has pitched some of his best games against the Yanks. Hopefully, we batter Pettitte closer to retirement.

Agreed. If the Sox win, make the gamethread before you sign off for the night, just in case you can't make it the next day.

Yes! Not sure why that's a foreign concept on here.

Oh good...lets let if Snyder can make another shot put attempt. Clearly he was going for distance on that last one.

Whoever can hit one to right field and directly in my hands. Ortiz.

He just missed me when I was there in June. Those were the worst seats I've had in a while though.

Bailey to the DL which was not really that much of a surprise to me. I had written off Bailey for all intents and purposes. Even though I had little in terms of expectation for Bailey at least he was another arm that Farrell could bring in to try to get through an inning. Now that he is officially on the DL, this team has a real pitching problem as both the rotation and the pen are leaking oil. Losing Mller really really hurt cause we really don't have a way to replace the pitcher he had become. Similar to our rotation problem in that none of the options available to us are 90% of Buch. They are not even 90% of Buch at 90%.

Their bullpen is thinning down fast, and they better do something more than Thornton or those two castoffs they just signed if they want to stay on top.

Or Mo could become a long reliever...

Here we go, watching on YES as I explained on page 1 of this GT. Let's smash these f***ers for the sake of RSFFL!

I find it ironic how we traded Youkilis for Lillibridge last year, and now Youk and Lillibridge are both on the Yankees. Youk is hurt and Lillibridge is starting at 3B for the Yankees tonight. I think it will be a fun game to watch him play in. It is better to watch him on another team other than the Red Sox.
