    • Maybe. We need to see more consistency first.

I will not respect the $pankees accomlishments until they win without having the highest payroll in baseball. As far as I'm concern they bought the best record in the AL.
And we bought last place. How stupid is our team that it cost them $174 million? Most teams finish last for a lot less. We seriously overpaid.

Only has two season with more than 100 innings, one of which was last year's abomination.

If he can stay healthy and show 2010 wasn't a fluke, wecan revisit this discussion.

You're kidding, right? If not, you may need to be checked out for a concussion.

Just because i've hit my head several times with heavy objects in the last few days is no reason to believe my judgement in the issue of movie quotability is at all impaired, my good sir.

I've never hit an elderly person, but I just might have to....
I watched the movie, maybe "garbage" was a little strong but in the history of movies, it is not a top movie in any regard. As far as hitting me, you could never lay a glove on me.

Ace or no ace the Sox starting pitching is why the team has started the way they have. The Sox will only be as good as their starting pitching.

this.

dominant when buch and lester pitcher

struggle when other 3 pitch.

In five starts,

Lackey gave up 2 ER

Dempster gave up 1 ER, and 3 ER.

Aceves gave up 2 ER

Doubront gave up 3 ER.

So, in summary, I think this point is silly.

Not to mention the strikeouts are definitely there with the other 3. Dempster has K'd 15 in 10 IP. Lackey K'd 8 in 4.1, Doubront K'd 6 in 5. Lester's K/9 is the lowest of the whole staff.

Buchholz is a great pitcher, but I feel he is more like the Buchholz who pitched in his first start, than the one who pitched today.

I watched the game today and i hope we get that Buch more often than not but im not getting my hopes up. He pitched a gem today against a team that didnt K a lot wished he could of got another no-hitter but still a dominant performance.

Also as far as quotable movies go... Anchorman or Talladega Nights, any Will Ferrell movie is always the most quotable
