He was mine 1st! :D

But in your case it doesn't count because you root for the steaming sack of FAIL named the Cleveland Guardians.

This really does look like it's going to be a great series. Hope it goes 7. Hope the Yanks lose and Sox are "Team of the Decade"... sad, but that the only reason (and Pedro) i'm watching what should be, and hopefully is, a great series!

Have you ever seen so many strange plays in one October? They got the call right' date=' but soooo many strange, weird plays. I love this![/quote']

It's that Yankee mystique

What an awful job by Matsui. He's not going to accomplish anything by leaving the bag, whether the ball is caught on a fly or not.

With that being said, the whole situation was set up by the awful call on the 1-1 pitch to Cano. Because it was 1-2 instead of 2-1, he was forced to swing at a pitcher's pitch. Unfortunate, but the beat goes on during this postseason.

I mean everywhere. Yes, there have been bad calls, but on totally weird plays. Maybe it's just bad base running, but it just seems there have been an odd amount of strange plays on the base paths and the umps are missing the calls because they''re not your average in game play.

How often do you see two runners at third base out but one called safe, and two runners at first base and both called out? Again, just weirdness. Maybe it Halloween?

f*** YEAH CHASE!!!

Cannot make that kind of pitch when you're ahead in the count. In all three of Utley's ABs Sabathia has gotten way ahead, and hasn't been able to put him away once. It's been the difference in the game.
