Gom, please refer to this thread to see who has been picked.

You can make two selections whenever you'd like.

Please refer to ORS's team to see the openings he has remaining.

By the way' date=' can we trade? :)[/quote']

I second this, actually.

If we're going to have real baseball teams, we must be allowed to trade to round out our teams.

Not against the idea. i think all of us have some guys we wanted and missed out on that we think we can go back and obtain.

Maybe after we all fill our rosters there should be a trade window.

I think a two week trading period once the draft is complete is more than appropriate.

There should be another caveat here. Trades should be even in players. In other words, 1-1, 2-2, etc. It wouldn't be fair for people to pick up players as the seasons go along. Also, no drops or pickups.

My two cents.

Absolutely, it has to be as such once the 30 man rosters are filled.

Sorry I've been away for so long. Internet service wasn't hooked up at my new house until Friday, July 3. I'm currently doing work in the house, so I couldn't get away for any appreciable period of time to use a place with free WiFi.

To be honest, there's more work at the house than I anticipated. If somebody is interested in taking over my team, then they can have it. I'll be busy doing things in this house for the next 3-4 months. If nobody is interested, I'll try an keep up, but there will be lags in my participation.

Again, sorry.

Dammit, talksox's pwnage factory just suffered a blow.

I think there should be one two week period each year at a designated time. This would help balance the rosters on a yearly basis.

So what does everyone think the top 5 best and worst picks in this draft were to this point?

Here's mine:

Best:

Joe Mauer @ 25 - Incredible that he lasted on the board for that long, shocked that guys like James Shields, Josh Hamilton, and Brian McCann went before him. Top 10 player at 25? Easiest pick, but the best value pick to this point IMO.

Ryan Zimmerman @ 78 - Again, great value pick here for a guy I think is probably one of the top 40 players in all of baseball, tremendous value here.

Lance Berkman @ 199 - How a guy like Berkman falls to almost the 200th player taken is pretty remarkable.

Carlos Beltran @ 101

Carlos Lee @ 230

Worst:

Troy Tulowitzki @ 1

Carlos Quentin @ 35

Fausto Carmona @ 105

Jorge Cantu @ 91

Madison Bumgarner @ 109

I can honestly say Darvish is the first pick that I've been genuinely shocked at.

Completely out of left field and a really ballsy pick - unfortunately on that team there's quite a few lottery tickets so I probably would have gone with a more sure thing.

I took Ardolis Chapman. I figure he might develop into a solid SP, or at least a power LHP out of the pen.

Brandon Inge to round out my bench.

I value versatility, and everyone on my bench can play multiple positions, get on base and hit for some power while Aybar and Inge provide plus defense at a number of positions.

Completely screwed up with the Jorge Cantu pick. Terrible, terrible selection on my part.

I appreciate the Carlos Lee mention.

I jumped the gun with Bumgarner. I could have probably got him later.
