I get it, but to completely dismiss the possibility as if I were predicting a 3 game sweep by 5 runs or more each game seems out of line. It's baseball, the Yankees can take 2 of 3 just as easily as the Angels can.

 

We're throwing Pettitte, Clemens and Wang in this series. There is no reason they can't perform well enough to steal 2 wins.

 

(Also, the Yankees always hit Colon, and Santana is sporting a 5.35 ERA. It's really not that hard to believe.)

He sucks when he's on the road...he's got a 7.45 ERA away as opposed to a 3.42 at home. The Yanks should win that game, but the Angels are just an absolute thorn in the Yanks' side. I'm not saying you won't take the series, but recently people would have to believe that the Angels will take the series. It wouldn't surprise me to see the Yanks take it or sweep though, especially with the offense clicking again.

The Yankees have scored 9 runs, (really 10 but Cano never touched 3rd), but Pettitte got whacked all around the park giving up 7 runs in less than 6 innings. He's been awful lately.
