On a fairly regular basis, although I have a feeling that a severe over pitching led to some of his problems, he does own the record for career walks, but at that time pitchers didnt follow strict pitch counts.

now the average pitcher even at that time didnt reach anywhere near 200 pitches on a regular basis, Nolan Ryan was just a freak, but 140 wasn't unheard of at all.

This is a good point. Once he gives up a hit (if he does), he'll immediately be pulled. They had Park up last inning in case that happened. I'm assuming it'll be Joba in the 8th, and Mo in the 9th.
