    Unless I missed something, the RS still had a challenge left on Yoshida's 2nd pitch. Not using it there is a waste. That would've made it 2-0. That's a huge difference. Past that, good game.

    Story, Narvaez, Duran, and Mayer were automatically starting. They could lose their jobs, but they were the incumbents.

    But you're missing the point. Story was always going to be our starting SS. Narvaez was always going to be our starting catcher. Mayer was always going to start somewhere.

    No, you wouldn't. If they signed Bregman to play 3rd, they would not have traded for Durbin. If they signed Alonso to play 1st, they would not have traded for Contreras.

    Gasper is an injury replacement. And every team has to have negative WAR guys. There aren't enough positive WAR guys to cover every team. And if you are going to use those two as negatives, as tiny as they are, then I'll back IKF, Seigler, and Moran.

    I didn't get any part of 2001. The only part that stood out was a bunch of apes beating up another ape for some reason. Then I think they created a second sun, which would've wiped out the earth in about 15 minutes.
