When I was on the JFK they used to play over the loudspeaker everyday sweepers, sweepers man your brooms, and that’s exactly what the Jays did to the Red Sox, and Chaim Bloom. This was a well deserved sweep too. On the biggest series of the year, which they all are now against a Div rival ahead of you in the standings who you are fighting against to get into the postseason you throw out there a couple of openers, and some ham, and eggers after that. A job well done, and a sweep well deserved. Imagine that one of the posters on here feeling giddy after the Red Sox were winning a few games wanted to play the Yankees, and Jays again. Well you got the Jays, and what did you do with them? Don’t worry though to some on here better days are coming, and we’re building for the future when everything will be just AWESOME. The future may turn out to be bright, but then again it may not, and then in the meantime you waisted many years trying to get there. In the Globe today it said the Red Sox were once a proud franchise with the key word being ONCE, and now they are just playing out the string. SAD, but true.

Henry, and Bloom should recognize this team isn’t salvageable. They made it that way.

When Cora made the statement that it doesn’t matter how many prospects you have, or what your farm ranking is. What matters most is what you do, or don’t do in October. That was a clear shot at Bloom, and not an agreement.

The thing is I don’t think they are. If things don’t turn out any better than they are now I’ll be surprised if they even show up.

REM Dawg, and Donny O have been the best in recent years, but I started out with Curt Gowdy, and then Ned Martin, and Ken Coleman. Those were professional. OB, and the Yuckers are not.

I’ve been saying that for 2 years now. To say Cora is frustrated with Bloom for what he has given him to manage I think would be an understatement. Cora is probably thinking it wasn’t like this when he was hired in 2018.

That 1978 team had a lot of talent too. Unlike this team.

Screw that. Put Bloom out there, and let him get his well deserved applause.

I was too. JH screwed the Red Sox when he hired Bloom.

I don’t think winning 2 WS for Boston was screwing the Sox. Ridiculous.

Honestly I would say it’s hard to know with Bloom.

No, because JH told him to do it. That was all on JH.can’t blame Bloom for that one, or praise him either.

No matter how many years you get out of Dugy, Wong, or anyone else it will never be as good as what Mookie would give you.

Don’t need to know, but I’ll go with the word on the street that he was late. Probably forgot one of his chains, and had to go back, and get it.

A month, or so ago on here when Dugy was going good someone asked Mookie who. Oh have the mighty has fallen.

Do you think there is frustration in the clubhouse? I think Cora has been frustrated for some time now with Bloom, and for the players you have 4+ OF. Two have to sit against LHP, and 1 has to sit against RHP, so I don’t think that is for a happy situation either.

Dugy back in the lineup today. That’s showing him Cora. He had already been benched for a game earlier in the season, so it should have been at least 2 games this time.

Haven’t they needed all those guys this year, and Story is not a sure thing either.

Remember how early in the season when the Red Sox were getting gift wins like I believe on opening day Baltimore dropped a easy fly ball in LF , which would have ended the game, but Boston went on to win. Another game that had 3 catcher interference in it that helped the team win. Now the Red Sox are giving back like the base running blooper from yesterday, and 2 IF collided going after a ground ball, and looking like the Bad News Bears.
