    I see the Red Sox bats come alive yesterday, and some players padded their stats to make them look better than they really have been. Duran, D Smith, O’Neill, and yes even Never Devers. Good for them. On to Chicago. MEH. Luckily the good stuff starts up again tonight. LETS GO CELTICS!

    The ONLY reason the Sox needed Price in the first place was because they didn’t want to sign Lester for half the price. I believe the 2018 would have come out the same way with Lester.

    Have we really seen the 2024 team yet? Hopefully getting Casas back will improve the team, and hopefully NOshida/Yoshida, and O’Neil too. I know you disagree, but getting into the Postseason should be the goal of every team. If not why play at all?

    It’s not so much what their record is come deadline time, but where they are in the standings, and how close they are to a WC spot. Also the health of the ball club at that time. Anyone you get rid of you’ll have to replace at some time, and what will the cost be.

    Everyone knows it was JH who let Lester go from visiting Lester at his house to saying goodbye out in the parking lot. Signing Price, and lowballing Lester was negotiated by DD, but most likely approved by JH, which was weird considering Lester could have come at half the cost.

    If they would have signed Lester instead of lowballing him there wouldn’t have been a Price signing in the first place.

You been spewing the JH spending habits for the last three years now that I know about, because you still think JH is still the same guy who went on the Felger, and Mazz show to defend the Red Sox, and was in on the high priced FA back then. You actually still think he’s the same JH today, and I believe your 100% wrong, so keep on thinking what you want, and be wrong again.. The Old JH days I believe are long gone, and needs to sell.And yes I careful what I’m wishing for.🤭🙈🤮

    The heart of the Yankees order has stayed healthy so far, and that could change at any moment. Dugy has chipped in with 33 RBI also. Getting Cole back will only make them stronger, and having Cole with a fresher arm come postseason should be a plus too.

    He’s been a horse, talking the ball every 5 days for years? He had 30+ starts in 21& 22, but he only made 16 starts last year, because he sucked, and went to the BP. 🙈🤭

    That’s, because most fans care about the here, and now, and not about the future, and that’s something you just can’t comprehend. The Red Sox could pull off another season next year like 2018, but that wouldn’t make what has happened the last three years alright.
