I think right now there will be more excitement following what Teel, Anthony, and Mayer are doing in Portland than what’s going on in Boston. Get your tickets early you don’t know how long they will be there.

He was the man for 2-3 years on some bad Red Sox teams. Wore himself to a frazzle though in those years, and that was hard to do of a man of that size.

I agree 100%, and I can’t see Theo being one of JH yes men like Sam, and the rest.

It’s not just how many pitchers get thrown in the actual game. They have to warm up to come into the game, and then between innings. It all adds up, and takes a toll. Didn’t Mike Torres throw 100 warmup pitches in the BP before the game? It’s a wonder he had anything left for the game.

I’m sure Dick Radtz beat all of these guys more than once in pitchers thrown in only a two day period, and his effectiveness was short lived as was his career.

I don’t think at this point unless something major happens between now, and Mar 28 that zRed Sox fans now know what direction the team is taking. It wasn’t all that long ago that fans were all excited about a new HOBO, and a promised full throttle approach. Promises aren’t always made to be kept.

The word I just got was he would be mostly working out of his house in Connecticut. I don’t think he is going to have really much to do with the daily running of the Red Sox unless he puts a few bugs in JH ear.

Excitement is in the air.: The Red Sox equipment truck is being loaded as we speak, and will be heading to Florida later today. I can hardly wait for March 28, and for the season to get started. Things are going to be AWESOME!

We may have similarities being from Maine, and liking the Red Sox, ND, and the Packers, but that’s about it.

If you knew ALL the FACTS, and HISTORY, which you don’t you would know why post 1270 was written. The offer to meet was also TWO summers a go. Like I said an objective 3rd party I bet would see things differently.

Didn’t you hear that Bailey is going to coach up the pitchers better, and the infield D is going to get coached up better. I don’t know who’s going to make up for JT’s, and Duvall’s production though.

I said many times if you got an objective 3rd party to analyze this they would show you how over the top you are. I have 100% no doubt about that. SAD, but TRUE.

I have two different groups of people at two different clubs who have read many of your post the last 2+ years, and they have dubbed you an Ass Clown of the biggest proportions, and would just like to see what someone looks like that’s as a biggest Ass Clown as you. You get to see one everyday when you look in the mirror. Like they have come to the conclusion as I that you are definitely a legend in your own mind, and you are like the Great, and powerful OZ after they pull the curtain back. A Big P&F. I’ve been called a troll, a hater, a basher, and a DISDAINER just to name a few, which are all worn as a badge of honor coming from you. I’m sure even in TX you’re the Biggest Ass Clown too.

I agree you always take on Risk. Resigning Sale to me was not worth it, nor was signing Yoshida. Story has been a failure so far too.

How many fans out there were thinking if the Red Sox had resigned Lester he might have gotten cancer again, and how that would have looked? Good golly Miss Molly!

🙈🤭. He never speaks for how other people see things. He thinks he does, but that sure as hell doesn’t make it right. I don’t think most fans think Foulke, or Lackey were not worth it.🤫

According to JH it was LL who ran the Red Sox. At least with Theo on board the Red Sox have a real baseball guy unlike Sam, but that doesn’t mean that JH will take any advice from him.

I don’t think Burnes would get to what amounts to a 10yr contract worth that amount of money.

I made a peace offering two years ago to buy Moon a Sea Dog Biscuit at a Sea Dogs game, which i thought was a more than generous offer.

Something had to happen especially when Bloom got fired before the season ended. It had to be pretty good, because Bloom took a lot of the heat away from Henry.

If he does well in Baltimore, and the team does well that may change his mind to an extension if a good one is offered.

Their 3rd in line SS would have been worth it to me. He’s also 25, and not 19.
