  1. Evidently Atlanta had enough proof that Sale was healthy, and they were right. Like I said when the trade was made that I thought Sale would stay healthy, and have a good year for Atlanta, which he did. All Sale needed was to get out of the bad Ju Ju in Boston.
  2. You guys crack me up always advocating for JH to pay some of his hard earned money on another Red Sox player to play for someone else, and then going out, and paying someone else even more money to play for the Red Sox. The Red Sox already have a one year pitcher in Gio, and now you want another one in Monty, who most likely opt out of his contract anyway.🙈🤭
  3. JH could have just let Bloom just stay on after hiring another HOBO, and let him do what he did best, which was pick up trash in the stands at Fenway.
  4. So kind of JH that he didn’t actually fire Cherington, but stripped him of any power, and then he quits. Forgone conclusion to me.
  5. As I’ve said many times. With the 12th pick in the 2024 HOBO draft the Red Sox select Brez .
  6. Teoscar said himself the Red Sox offered 2-$28M.
  7. I keep trying to tell everyone on here that what JH used to do payroll wise is out the door IMO. He’s not the same old JH Anymore, so waiting for him to go over the cap again might not happen.
  8. The Red Sox offered 2 yr/$28M, but he wanted to go to a winner, and he surely made the right choice.
  9. There were some great games last night, and some wild endings.
  10. 👍👍👍!
  11. Where did I say I didn’t think the Red Sox D is, and hasn’t been a problem? I Didn’t. I’ll say for the 1000th that you, and others don’t seem to comprehend is that IMO the Red Sox brain trust don’t see the D as a big enough problem to make the drastic changes that you, and others suggest. It seems pretty clear to me, and if they did they most likely would have done something by now.🙈🤭
  12. The ones most pissed at us losing refuse to think your ideas to get better have any merit, because what you suggest the Red Sox don’t see it that way IMO, and that is pretty evident to me. I don’t see the Red Sox signing any big long term contracts, or taking any back to get rid of the likes of Masa, and Story. You suggest, and think what you would do, or like to see get done, and I think what I think the Red Sox will Actually do. Big difference.
  13. Who said it would be bad to fix it? What i keep saying is I don’t believe the Red Sox see the D as a bad enough problem to make all the changes you, and others suggest to fix it, and that’s why it hasn’t been fixed.
  14. JH says NO! I don’t know why some on here keep thinking the Red Sox are going to take on Any big contracts.🙈🤭🤮
  15. Story, and Yoshida will be hard to trade with their contracts. I don’t believe Mayer is that close to being ready either. He’s lost valuable developmental time the last two years due to injuries that finished his season.
  16. If the logic means more to you than the results than good for you. Does the logic of trading Mookie mean more to you, or the Results of Mookie not being in Boston anymore? Does the logic of having bad defensive 1B, and 3B, mean more, or the results of it being that way?
  17. To saying I thought Sale would be healthy this year, and have a good year for the Braves is NOT twisting Anything. That thought had Nothing to do with if I liked the trade, or not. It turned out to be right, and that’s a fact. To bad you can’t get anything right.
  18. We’ll leave the logic before hand to you, but the only thing that really counts is the final results.
  19. Obviously the Braves liked what they saw of Sale in 2023. I said when Sale got traded to the Braves that i thought Sale would stay healthy this year, and have a good year for the Braves. How was that for a thought-opinion-suggestion-prediction, or whatever else you want to call it? At any rate it was right, and the Braves were right too. You’ve gone on, and on, and on all year long about Sale, and all Sale did during that time was win a Cy Young. Chris Cy Young Sale. Property of the Atlanta Braves, and paid for by the Boston Red Sox, and all for the low, low price of $17M. Like I’ve said before that Brez couldn’t have gotten this thing anymore wrong if he’d tried, and don’t forget to add Gio in too.
  20. Wrong as usual. Sale wasn’t coming off an injury last year. How many pitches are the Sox counting on that are? Not coming off an injury, and coming off an injury are Two Completely Different things. Most people can see the difference. NNN.
  21. In the wrong direction.🤭🙈
  22. Now? Your point trying to be that Sale was coming off an injury last year. He wasn’t.
