    A whip of 0.74 plus 37K/7BB is very impressive. A major leaguer has to throw strikes. Period. I hate guys that come out and walk the first batter. No no no no....learn to throw strikes.

    A side note, mlb.com has Mariners ahead of Sox in their weekly ranking. What the hell? We are two games up on the Mariners. Ugh.

    I haven't even look at who the Rule 5 casualties will be this winter. I would love to see Criswell pitch one more time. Ride the hot hand.

    We are up 4 games on the Texas Rangers, who is next in line to join the party. They play the Yankees next, who should be pissed off after the debacle at Miami. One thing this season has done for me is that I have seen quite a few Sox players in the majors. We definitely have developed depth. Only problem is many of them are hurt and can't help us. So Mayer maybe another casualty. Perhaps we'll see Grissom again. Oh well.....paddle on.

    I'm surprised Bres hasn't discussed extension talks with Chapman. He looks like he has a couple of more years in his tank.

    My only issue is when Mayer comes back, I rather see the tandem of Refsnyder/Abreu-Anthony combo at DH. If you're not going to trade Abreu, you got to play him. I have no use for Yoshida.

    All 9 batters in this game has OPS > .700. Bregman and Gonzalez at .916.

    Probably he'll have another set back. August/September of 2026.

    I keep thinking there's something special about Bres, but no. He's just a another guy earning a paycheck. I went nuts over Bres not promoting Anthony to the major leagues. When it happened, he struggle but we kind of knew that he was the real deal. His triple A manager said "Anthony has nothing more to learn at AAA". Yeah that's what he said, Meanwhile the Ivy League sissy, Bres, continued to spew lies about Anthony. He needed this and that....He can learn more...... How many games did we lose by not promoting him sooner? I KNOW THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT FELT HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED UP. THE SAME GOES FOR MAYER. HE HAD A GREAT SPRING TRAINING. HE WAS PROVEN DEFENSIVE PLAYER. So I give Bres a grade of C. For every Crochet, he has come up with 3 duds. For life of me, I don't have any idea why Yoshida is still in our lineup. He rolls more balls to second baseman than my grandmother who baked 24/7.

    I think he will play again, hopefully for Red Sox. Just not sure if he will be ready on opening day. What happened to that guy that won't bet me $100?

    Let see, in 2026 we'll go with the rotation of 1 Crochet 2 Bello 3 Kutter 4 Sandoval 5 Houck Brez will say he'll acquire some help at the trading deadline. There goes another missed playoffs.

    Breslow is just a big time wimp.....there's really no other word for him. No imagination. Just want to hang on to players so we can finish just out of the playoffs. I wished I had money to buy the Sox. He'd be first to go.

    My suggestion for Bres and rest of analyst is to just SHUT THE F UP. Why say anything at all if you can't deliver? There's a big difference between saying we'll be buyers versus what you really mean is we will buy if the price is CHEAP AND we snickered the trading partner. God I hate it when they open their mouth. Just go open your wallet for another injured player that will help us next year.

    My ONLY issue with Casas is that he probably won't be ready in April/May. And if he has his traditional slow start, well....now we're at trade deadline in 2026. This injury really set him back.
