Physical therapy, film study, working on technique, extra fielding practice to improve. Travel. For the borderline player, always looking over your shoulder for the next phenom. Not to mention the constant media scrutiny on virtually everything you do.
Just like any job, it’s a grind. A well paid grind, but still a grind.
