    Contreras continues to hit dingers and play great defense. He's been way better than a B. Rafaela has been having his best offensive season so far. How is that a C+? Giving 3b an F, but SS is a D is wild. Is this just an offensive rating? Durbin -0.1 fWAR. Story -0.4 fWAR. At least Durbin can field the position. C should be higher than D. They are 12th overall in fWAR. Narvaez has been very good defensively and Wong stopped being a train wreck offensively.

    I'd rather have Harrison, Bregman and do the Contreras trade again (Dobbins, Aita, Fajardo). Bregman and Contreras would be a solid clubhouse.

    If they were really going to bring Arias up, Mayer would be heading to 3b or staying at 2b. Arias would be going to SS where he's spent all of his time. You're not going to take a guy straight from AA and put him at a position he's not familiar at.

    IDK, the FO spoke about THE BIG THREE. Initially, it was Marcello/Anthony/Teel, but they swapped Teel for Campbell after the trade. I don't think this org has been excited about Casas ever.

    It needs to be a never ending cycle of adding young guys and complimenting them with veteran players. You just can't be wholly reliant on the young guys being ready in years 1 and 2. You have to live with a rollercoaster ride. Annointing them the saviors of the franchise is really dumb!

    It doesn't feel like Durbin is a core player. Maybe bench player?

    Realistically, they didn't start the rebuild until '23. They held on too long and kept things going in '22. They should have had a complete fire sale at the start of that season and dealt off half the team.
