    Not sure how it would impact a mega deal like that. Did they offer Soto 700M? Ohtani was LA for sure. With Judge, I think he just didn’t want to leave NYY and the numbers were very similar.

    At 8M per WAR, there's a chance he doesn't earn his contract this year. He wouldn't have earned it in '22 or '23. I don't know about those projections for him.
