It’s really surprising that Brasier and Ort still suck. Absolutely shocking -

The homer was because he fell down 2-0 though. He has no control -

14 balls on 27 pitches, and he’s given up a bomb. Not good so far -
Japan Vs USA for championship tomorrow, should be a great game
-
I’ve actually been really enjoying it. Yoshida has been amazing for Japan in the tournament and his play style seems like it will definitely translate to MLB
-
Jay Groome’s fastball velocity is up about 2 mph. He appears to be close to his first taste of the majors. Soon, he could be a Padre after all. “It was nice just knowing they felt the same way still, all this time later.”
-
What is giving that feel? The Red Sox being undefeated?
-
So it sounds like Bello, Whitlock and Paxton will start season on DL. Not ideal
-
Yeah I'm not even factoring in his spring training stats. I just don't think he's a major league quality pitcher, and he doesn't have any upside with his age. I am honestly shocked he's still around.
-
Id prefer if he didn't pitch any innings at the MLB level.

Greatest Major League Sports Dynasties in the USA
Jasonbay44 replied to moonslav59's topic in Other Sports
Isn’t dynasty supposed to refer to a single team? I get Lebron is great but how is he is own dynasty on two teams? And why would it stop there? As an individual has been on an absurd run for 20 years and has 4 rings during that time. Warriors should probably be up there, 4 rings since 2015, and it could’ve been 5 if Durant and Klay didn’t tear their ACLs in the finals. -
Not a fan of that, or the clock in general. Imagine this happening in a playoff game.

Is Austin Davis for Michael Chavis really a good trade?
-
I am not. I am a Marylander.
-
Which was really weird, because less than 10% of 2nd round picks have a career longer than 3 years.
-
That has to be the most absurd trade dead line in any sport ever.
-
Pretty big Sports moment seeing Lebron break the all time scoring record tonight. With the level Lebron is playing at, I'm not sure this record will ever be broken.
-
When was Beltran a “known PED user?”
-
The only logical thing that makes sense is Barnes is about to be involved in a trade. Keeping Ort and Brasier over him makes no sense.
-
Sounds like Rolen and McGriff are being inducted.
-
Barnes being DFA is kind of shocking.... Wow.
-
Maybe a change of scenery helps Mondes? Who knows, but he’s been very injury prone and was horrible the few times he took the field last season.

Sox gave up Josh Taylor
-
Passan: Trade news: The Boston Red Sox are acquiring shortstop Adalberto Mondesi from the Kansas City Royals, sources tell ESPN. Deal is done. Players are being informed.
-
Sure, but Barnes pretty consistently has blown games, whether it be 7th, 8th, 9th or whatever, it still takes a lot of failure to lead league in blown saves.
