  1. I would prefer at least one more decent middle relief guy, but definitely a step in right direction.
  2. He just officially signed a big deal with cardinals.
  3. Keep in mind, the source is Jon Heyman, who reported breaking news less than 24 hours ago of “Aaron Judge signing with Giants”
  4. Especially the Phillies
  5. Yeah I’m not mad at the signing. The bullpen definitely needed a legitimate proven guy, and Jansen is that, even with his age.
  6. It’s definitely an upgrade over majority of the current bullpen. I do worry about his age though. He is 35 now
  7. 2 years $32 million Per Passan
  8. Sounds like they offered more for Turner also
  9. Good for him. He was very solid player and great in the clubhouse. Definitely enjoyed having him in Boston
  10. Sounds like Diamondbacks of all teams are now favorites for Xander
  11. Absolutely. Especially with the chance for the first round matchups to be a Michigan/OSU rematch and a Bama/Georgia SEC battle? That would kill it rating wise
  12. Right now its probably 1. Georgia 2. Michigan 3. Ohio State and 4th spot is likely between TCU and Bama. I wont be surprised if Bama gets 4th seed.
  13. With TCU losing, it looks like Bama and OSU both have a shot now.
  14. Also, Notre Dame has to be kicking themselves for those brutal losses to Marshall and Stanford. They could be sitting in really good position for a playoff spot if they didn’t lose those games and knocked off USC, especially after blowing out clemson on national television.
  15. The more I watch both those teams play, the more I think they don’t deserve to be in college football playoffs. Both have gotten a lot of ref help and badly pulled out wins vs some mediocre and bad teams. Right now it looks like Georgia is a lock for playoffs and they look a step above every team. Winner of Ohio State and Michigan is also a lock. If TCU remains undefeated they’ll make it, if not, I think they’ll be knocked out. If USC beats Notre Dame and Oregon, I think they have to make it also. So after OSU/Michigan knock one out, it’ll probably look like 1. Georgia 2. OSU/Michigan winner 3. TCU 4. USC However, if USC loses to Notre Dame and/or TCU losses it’ll get really interesting. Does loser of OSU/Michigan stay in top 4? Does Bama or LSU sneak in with 2 losses? If LSU beats Georgia in conference championship, I think LSU has to make it, but Georgia probably remains in top 4. A lot can happen
  16. Bye Rays and Jays. Hopefully Yankees are out next
  17. Dalbec stares at strike 3s down the middle like it’s his job
  18. Pivetta vs Yankees is a s*** show
  19. Jerk off man and Casas seem to like playing the Yankees
  20. This bullpen is outstanding
  21. German seems like a stud
  22. I’m not worried at all. He has pretty good discipline, looks comfortable at the plate and has been fine in the field. No reason to panic.
  23. I was a big Manny Delcarmen fan on this team.
  24. Some targets for Bloom: Mark Melancon - near 5 ERA and -1 WAR TJ McFarland 7 ERA -1 WAR Sergio Romo 7.55 ERA -0.8 WAR All fit a Chaim bloom bullpen and I think he’ll target them all
  25. The experience Casas is getting is more important than the immediate results.
