    Gom, I never said move Lowell to a team that is rebuilding. In my post I name like 5 teams in contention in need of a 3B and or Bat.

    Lowell probably gets moved to a team needing a 3B. Minny,LAA,LA,SD all have been said to be wanting a bat. Get a BP arm back for him. WMP gets traded to someone for a BP arm. Or he maybe they try to pass him threw waivers. Kielty just got DFA and the Sox where said to be interested. Hes nothing spectacular but he can play all 3 OF positions and 1B if needed. Gabberd,Bowden, Moss/WMP/ some mid level prospect isn't to bad, ya Bowden has potential and Gabbard has been throwing the ball well, but I think you have to sell hi on him. Tex adds power and getting a couple arms to throw in the pen would be nice for home stretch. 1.Beckett 2.Dice-K 3.Schilling 4.Lester 5.Wake Papelbon Okajihma Delcarmen Timlin Tavarez plus guys from trades from above. Line up coul look like this, 1.Lugo/Coco 2.Pedroia 3.Papi 4.Manny 5.Tex 6.Youk 7.Drew/Tek 8.Tek/Drew 9.Coco/Lugo Thats a sweet lineup...

    After reading that article, it seems most teams have backed off. SF doesn't have the prospects. Both LA's do but won't pull the trigger. I offer Bowden, Gabbard and a Moss type. Thats more then they will get from anyone else. I mean I could be wrong, but it does seem no one else is gonna pony up at the moment.

    Def glad to see Lester back. Albeit tonight is a tall order for him. But I hope does well. If Gabbard pitches well the next couple of starts and Wake holds his own the I think Lester is only up until Schill is ready to go. On the other hand this could be as some have said to "showcase" him for a trade. I think Buchholz has surpassed him in being the teams #1 pitching prospect. They might be a little more willing to trade him this yr then they were last yr. If its the right player then ya I don't mind. But Lester is a fan favorite so I don't know what the reaction would be. I'd like to see him stay and be in our rotation for yrs to come but its not my call. All I know is, if we trade him, we better be getting somebody really good, and someone under our control for a few yrs too. Not just a rental.

    The new rumor is Sox are eyeing Oaklands Kielty(not sure on the spelling). If they can get him, there saying WMP might be on his way to CWS. But for who? I have no clue.

    This rumor is BS. To think Theo will trade his prize possesion(Buchholz) is nuts. Eveyone else might be available for the right player. Bowden,Ellsbury are guys how are almost untouchable, but if a great deal came along they might be able to get them. I don't think Buchholz gets moved for anyone thats not Santanna. Buchholz is probably the biggestpitching prospect int he minors at the moment. With Hughes and Bailey making the ML debut.
