  1. I didn’t see your prior post before I posted. My bad.
  2. Did you you read until the end of my post?
  3. Having lived among Yankee fans my whole life, I think it is pretty much dead on accurate as confirmed by Jacko.
  4. I didn’t say that you ruined anything. I attributed to you the intent to ruin. Big distinction.
  5. i think he was saying that we don’t savor winning when we are winning. I think there is something to that. Red Sox fans imo are excellent winners, no gloating or trash talking, but we are lousy whiny losers. Yankee fans are excellent losers. They lick their wounds quietly and congratulate the victors, but they are obnoxious, loud, rub your face in it winners.
  6. I defended the honor of Sox fans by easily taking down one of the Yankee fans in the first week.
  7. And I guess that you have crawled out of your hole to ruin our good times?
  8. Red Sox were in Baltimore when they had riots a few years back if memory serves me. I think the Sox were on their way out of town and the next day was a new series and one of the games was played to an empty stadium. That would be normal now. I don’t see any reason to move the series to Boston. Play the games in an empty stadium. The Red Sox will not want to swap out an August series when they can potentially be allowed to pack Fenway full.
  9. Who is this, and why is his surgery getting its own thread?
  10. Is this what a cliff looks like?
  11. This bum JD has to go!
  12. can you see why now?
  13. Do we have enough Pig Power to lock down this win?
  14. This is true. Their careers don’t usually last as long as Pivetta’s.They usually have to sell insurance before they get as many innings as Pivetta.
  15. piggies are tired from yesterday. They need some rest and a fresh can of garbage to recover.
  16. Pivetta is a 5 ERA guy. With a potent offense behind him, he could hold down the 5 slot with decent results.
  17. With this hot start, I could see teams adding an A Ball catcher to the mix of questionable prospects and 50% salary relief.
  18. This is how you are supposed to treat the Baltimore Orioles.
  19. TV announcers admitting their stupidity for questioning whether JD would return to form. Yeah! Burying JD was pretty dumb. He isn’t old. He hasn’t suffered a debilitating injury. His stats for the last 6 years excluding abbreviated 2020 is in the elite echelon.
  20. Pen was good tonight.
  21. That means he has had a long and somewhat successful career.
