I've got the Cleveland feed, and they said nothing.  I was amazed when the camera panned to 1B that Durbin was only about 2/3 of the way there.

It’s convention to measure it that way . It loses about 5-8 mph by the time it reaches the batter. Regardless, it’s still damn fast

Not to mention perceived velocity that the hitter feels as the pitcher releases closer to homeplate.  Greg Maddux was successful in part to his stride length which was 110% of his height.  His 90-92 four seamer felt more like 95-96 not to mention the late movement he always seemed to generate
