Quit making fun of Rafaela. His batting AVG and OPS is higher than Story's. And Story is still afforded #5 spot in the lineup.

Had  to go out for a few, but pulled Dobbins at 66 pitches so Wilson ( LH) could face Lindor , with 2 outs in the 5th ?

I'm sure I missed something significant because Cora is not managing tonight and messing with a win situation for his pitcher who actually showed up ready and with some pitching ability ??

JBJ was useless with a bat and eventually it forced him out of the game. Rafaela will suffer the same fate. No need to wait years for it to happen

Dobbins has been told NOT to pace himself. Throw as hard as he can from pitch 1. Don't expect to last anymore than he did today.

At least that's what I heard during the telecast.

They want him pitching around 95-97 versus 93-95.

Rafaela has zero plate discipline. It’s showing no signs of changing. He got his chance. 
Demote him. We need someone who can hit the baseball AND play a decent CF.

He’s 35 snd retired. He played 10 years in the majors. He was a good player who had some big moments. Acting like he sucked is a stupid take.

Acting like he was useful with a bat in his hands is foolish. He had a few moments. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut sometimes. If he was any good he wouldn’t have been forced out of the game.

He wasn’t. That’s why no one wanted him even though he was good defensively and still relatively young.

 

Same with Rafaela. He will end up the same way-early exit from baseball.

What pitch , when down 2 strikes, do Story and Rafaela think Senga might throw ?

Whatever they are thinking they still chase the obvious sinker into the dirt to complete the K.  

No one can be that unaware of the pitcher's out pitch.  I would rather see the 97 mph Fb go by than chase that most obvious sinker in the dirt
