Hope the sit down works with Verdugo.... He certainly has not been himself. His at-bats- he just looks likes he is going through the motion- a real lack of enthusiasm in his body language for the past month or so. He was so full of energy and anticipation at the beginning of the year. Hope he gets back to that.

Verdugo fails to make amends leaving the bases loaded. Over last 30 games , 118 PA's he is hitting .185/.573 .

He has not been the same player since his grandmother died, got overlooked for the A-S game , began slumping and displaying an obvious passive attitude towards the game, culminating with being late ( 2 hours pregame) pissing off el jefe .

Could have benefited many parties if he had any trade value, but didn't.

Kike must have donated his crappy yellow shoes to Reyes . Those jinxed shoes will lead to Pablo having the throwing yips .

Maybe the reason nobody offered what Bloom wanted for Dugo was because the other GMs are hip to his schtick.

When Duran hits into a DP, that's a strong sign the end is near.

Red Sox have a bad habit of going into the tank after the trade deadline, making decisions to hold on to walk year players look STUPID.

One thing about last year's trade deadline I wasn't aware of until recently was the fact that Bogey had a no-trade clause in his contract. So there was no way Bloom could have traded him anyway. Bogey screwed the SOX.

Chaim made a huge mistake by not selling at the deadline. This team was never good enough to win any type of playoff series even if they snuck in, especially without adding talent. Just like last year, Chaim blew the trade deadline.

The constant BP games have caught up to the Sox . Expecting multiple innings from pitchers day after day . Murphy at over 40 pitches is now throwing layups to Jays.

No pitching, lackluster defense, and dead bats.... this needs to change quick..... we are starting to dig a hole here at this point in the season.

There were plenty of other guys he could have traded and got something in return.

I don’t think winning 2 WS for Boston was screwing the Sox. Ridiculous.

I don’t know about that. The simple fact is this team did nothing at the deadline. I mean you can’t wait for your pitchers to come back. That’s why they’re screwed. Too many injuries and need better starting pitching.
