Wacky Wacha and his riotous Red Sox will engage Kevin Gausman in a game of baseball in Canada.

One of the objects of the game of baseball is to score points, called runs, a concept not terribly familiar to Boston since crossing the border.

With nothing at stake will our fearless 9+1 take the reins and pound the birdbrain Blue Jays into submission ? Don't bet on it.

Incredible that Dalbec is the guy to get a 2 out hit, scoring 2 runs. This after Chang flails away at a 3-2 count, where the pitch that should have resulted in a walk, never came close to the strike zone.

Abraham Almonte has become interesting as a 33 year old journeyman who leads the Sox in BA and OPS, but with a very small sample size. Refsnyder, Pham, Almonte show the depth of the 4th OF'er on this team.

The team will not be any weaker w/o Bogey and Devers today.

Sentiments like that will make John Henry's bankers and brokers very happy.

In recent history I can't remember a SOX team where there were so few players I want to bring back.

Your memory does not go back to 2020?

JBJ- 5th in PAs

Chavis-7th

Pillar 8th

Peraza 9th

Dalbec 10th

Plawecki 11th

Arauz 12th and Lin 14th

The pitching was even worse...

Perez 1st in IP

Weber 3rd

PValdez 4th

Mazza 5th

Godly 6th

Brewer 7th

Brasier 8th

Barnes 9th

Springs 10th

Brice 11th (on pace for more than 55 IP over 162)

Osich 13th

Covey 14th

Kickham 15th

Stock 16th

Walden 17th

Hart 18th (on a pace for about 30 IP over 162!)

Look at where Bloom started from.

Poor, poor Bloom! What did he sign up for?

Another clown show from your favorite comedians. Can someone throw a pitch that Teoscar cannot hit ? Edited by vegasbob

If the SOX are gonna be mediocre again next season, let's be mediocre with as many new players as possible. I'm extremely bored with this current team.

Thank you for your support! -- C. Bloom and Henry's bankers.

J.A.N.L. --- Just another nothing loss. Put up little to no resistance to a playoff level team over a 3 game spread.

You do realize the Sox have a high payroll, right?

Does your dog even like you?

Ha. No he doesn't. He only likes up-beat, positive, Pollyannish folks like yourself.
