He did have an RBI 2B, earlier, but that did seem like the defining moment of the loss.

 

I hardly ever blame one guy for any loss, and blaming Story would not be one of those times, for me.

Story has become predictable as being "Story" He will hit for low average and a midrange OPS but he will k 1:3 times too.

 

The real mistake today was putting Cordero in the lineup and worse in LF. Now he will no longer factor into anything until ST.

This will make Cora's job easier. And making his job 'easier' is a good thing for the rest of us.
