Why? Everyone seems to agree Bloom is responsible for the 2022 mess.

Bloom had his hands tight. He inherited a clogged team in the books and he did what he thought could work. It didn't and that's "ok", but next year he will have no excuses. He is on a very thin ice actually.

OTOH while Cora inherited this team as well, he has made several questionable moves in games which has cost us games. He has to go.

Every manager makes questionable moves. Just have to agree to disagree on this one.

I get that but he doesn't take lessons learned. He just became stubborn the way I see it.

Every team has fans that claim their manager "lost games," and they probably do, even by making the "right book move" or the "right analytic move."

Should all managers be fired, every year?

The data shows we've actually won more games than our level of play deserves.

How do you learn lessons from having lose-lose choices to make too many times?

Cora is another Joe Gerardi, same make up

It's hard to look good in the dugout when your team is sucking.

you don't have to laugh at them when the Yankees are whooping your ass by 10 runs, I'll never forget that Eck and Ob remarked on that also

One isolated incident. Big deal. If it happened regularly you'd have a point.

Since the all star break the Red Sox have the worst bullpen ERA in MLB.

Blaming Cora when he has a bullpen of 3 reliable arms to work with, does not take into account the hideous options he is left with.

No manager could be successful with this bullpen.

Most of his choices have been "lose-lose," and when not, it's been "lose-lose-lose" choices.

Yes. His choices at...

1B: Dalbec, Cordero, Arroyo

CF/RF: JBJ or Duran/Ja Davis

2B (When Story & Arroyo were both hurt): Downs, Sanchez, Dalbec

SP (When 4 starters were out hurt): Crawford, Winckowski, Seabold, Bello, Davis (See any winning choices, here?)

This team is a brain dead baseball team all around. Plus he has made horrible choices and decisions. There's no accountability. There's no leadership. etc. You can see it from miles.

It's the sum of all. He has to go.

Better get used to him.

I wish him the best believe it or not. If he stays, hopefully he learns the lessons of this year. Hopefully he shows what he did in 2018 all over again.

Nothing to learn.

He's forgotten more than all of us know combined.
