Weather report says it's 55 degrees right now in Boston. That ain't so cold.

Whatever the reason, both teams' hitters are icy cold.

Checked with Baseball Abstract and in fact the Astro hitters are virtually blind (20/200), stupid ( Ave IQ 69) and worthless to boot. No BTR values at all

I saw those same stats in regards to the Yankems.

Odd coicidence that the Yankems, Rays and Astros all score very similarly in those categories. Red Sox have won more postseason games this year than any of them

Slider was the perfect pitch for the K. Astros bullpen, 4 pitchers so far, has gone 5.2 scoreless innings. Sox bullpen has gone 2 scoreless.

Offense has carried this team last 2 games, it’s time our pitching steps up big and give us 2 more clean innings.

Let’s f go!

The hitters won the last 2 games for the team in a big way. Tonight, it is the pitchers turn to step up.

It feels like they could get burned in the end. I hope not.

Whitlock got two very easy outs on chased pitches. Left some hittable balls the next two PAs with the single and rocket lineout. Whitlock needs to live up with the heater just like Pivetta. If he starts locating down, the Astros might hit him

I called this one. Down the middle.

First pitch fastball right down the middle. Bad pitch call by Vazquez.

Indeed, what has made Whitlock so effective this year is he actually has a decent repertoire.

This one feels more like a 6-2 finish. Altuve is a notorius first pitch fastball swinger. Not sure if it was the pitch or the call by Vaz or both
