Need both 5 or more good innings from Houck and a bunch of runs today. The bullpen is tired from the 4 Rays games + last night.

Richards pitched 3 innings Thursday night, so I'm hoping he can give the SOX at least one inning today. I agree this would be another good day for the SOX to put up some crooked numbers.

I had jalapeños last night, currently dying in the bathroom

Tyler, you've got to either mount a TV in your bathroom or become a vegan.

The Schwarber- Devers one-two slot punch has to be one of the Sox best ever, right?

I know Boggs, alone, at lead off was pretty hard to beat, but didn't we usually bat slap hitters in the two slot behind him?

The Sox have the momentum now. And momentum is a real thing. Have to feel good about their chances today.

When we start getting some guys back, it may even add to the feeling of "YES, We CAN!"

If Bogey's wrist was able to improve by this "rest," maybe in the long run, we might end up better off.

I'm still waiting for the day we can use our best line-ups:

1. Schwarber LF

2. Devers 3B

3. JD DH

4. Bogey SS

5. Renfroe RF

6. Kike 2B

7. Verdugo CF

8. Dalbec 1B

9. Vaz/Plawecki C

or

1. Kike 2B

2. Schwarber LF

3. Devers 3B

4. Bogey SS

5. JD DH

6. Renfroe RF

7. Verdugo CF

8. Dalbec 1B

9. Vaz/Plawecki C

or

The better fielding team...

1. Kike CF

2. Schwarber 1B

3. Devers 3B

4. Bogey SS

5. JD DH

6. Renfroe RF

7. Verdugo LF

8. Arroyo 2B

9. Vaz/Plawecki C

BAL up 3-0 over NYY in the 7th. (BAL left the bases loaded with 1 out in the seventh after scoring 2.)

The Yanks have yet to reach 1B via a batter ball, if you know what I mean.

TOR up on OAK 2-0 in the 3rd.

MIN @ TBR begins, soon.

And naturally, Baltimore commits a horrible error to lead off the Yankee 7th.

And they walk the next guy so the Yankees have 1st and 2nd no outs without having a hit yet.

O's with bases loaded , 0 out in the 9th. Can they do better than the Red Sox with bases loaded? Chapman digging a hole, maybe

Now 1 out, as Urias TAKES strike 3

They’re an embarrassing franchise.

O's get sac fly for 4-3 lead. Chapman up to 26 pitches with two out

Chapman strikes out the side, but the run that scored was a result of the first hitter reaching first on a wild pitch K. Can the O's hold it?
