It’s pretty obvious that Richards was one of the major cheating culprits. His spin rate is way down and he can’t get movement and get people out without the spin rate. He’s pretty much useless without the foreign substance. He might not be useful for the remainder of the season.

He said he felt fortunate to extend his career this far before the crackdown. What he meant that he was able to get paid millions of dollars before the banned stuff he was using was actually banned... Richards has been worth less since the change, and if he doesn't develop a new pitch ASAP, feel free to combine the compound word into "worthless".

Too soon to be sure about Dalbec. Santana is another story. I think he is intentionally playing poorly.
