Alright in the span of a week my Oilers have been swept, Tampa is now a full 2 games up in the division, and I accidentally ate whole wheat bread this morning.

Time to turn this garbage week around.. Lets get a win boys!!

Also, Kiké isn't getting it done right now. Need to find someone else hit lead off.

Agreed, he kills all mojo.... Hunter is heating up, let him go first.

I would just go:

1. Verdugo

2. Xander

3. Devers

4. JD

5. Santana/Arroyo

6. Renfroe

7. Vaz/Plawecki

8. Dalbec

9. Kiké/Marwin

... just imaging this with Casas at 5. and Duran at 9 or 1; how many months before they provide more consistent contact with power and/or speed than Kike/Marwin/Santana/Dalbec? Twelve months from now? Nine? Three???

Your Jets probably also screwed something up, as that is what the Jets do...

With a righty going, I'd keep Dalbec on the bench.

Santana at 1B, Arroyo at 2B, Kike in CF.

Marwin's leash lengthens further.

Luis Garcia jumped from A ball to the bigs, last year, and has looked pretty good in his 58 IP (2.93 ERA and 1.101 WHIP.)

He only has 205 IP in the low minors (2.50 & 1.166).

These kind of guys seem to do well vs the Sox, but I like having Richards on the mound. Both pitchers are a little high on the BB/9 but do well on H/9.

It would help to get to this guy early.

I’m leaving soon to find a free parking spot and enjoy some dollar hot dogs!

Gross I don’t like the Jets.

The Rays are 1st in defense, 2nd in runs scored, and 3rd in pitching in the AL. Interesting comparison with the SOX in that the SOX have a .259BA while the Rays as a team are at .232. Yet, both teams are a hair apart in runs per game. Can anyone say timely hitting? Another interesting stat is the Rays' OBP is .318 and the SOX are at .319. It appears the Rays have been more patient and selective at the plate. One last stat is the Rays' defense has prevented 29 runs, which is 2nd only to the Padres' 34 in MLB.

Combine this well-balanced team with a very good and innovative manager and an excellent FO and they are very much for real and are probably the team to beat in the AL East.

And this is the nicest thing I'll ever say about anything in Florida.

Yeah there’s hot and the Rays.

Put it this way. The Rays are on the level of my toilet after I eat a spicy chicken sub with banana peppers.
