Losing 2 games in a row like this would not be nice.

Both games were pretty winnables. A lot of left RISPs.

This ump is not giving us nothing.

Pivetta had several out of the zone pitches called strikes. This ump is a little inconsistent.

And just like that we are going to lose this. Hernández didn’t work him more.

Night folks.

That’s all she wrote folks

This f***ing offense needs to do better. Three runs last night and tonight is not good enough. Ugly. Back to back losses.

See you tomorrow.

That’s game! This team is playing s***** right now! They need to stop this.

Agreed. Loss 3 of our last 4. Ugly.

Seattle has 3 f***ing hits and they’re gonna win the game. You can’t walk this many guys

On the flip side, we hardly ever walk.

That's how the Mariners have been winning this year ... it's probably not sustainable.

If Seattle holds on, the Mariners will share the league's best record with the AL West rival Athletics.

Ump was garbage. Our offence was worse. Still leaving too many men stranded. Our pitching is not good enough to win if we score three runs or less.

Terrible. Starting to collapse.

Disgusting way to lose.

We need a stopper, next game.

Losing to a team which bearly can hit is annoying as hell.

They went 3 for 29 and scored 7 runs.

I can't remember a line like that since maybe Matt Young.

Yeah and add the fact that we were going from a no-no and 2 outs. Unbelievable!

Just finished watching SOX's well-deserved loss after I'd DVR'd the game earlier. Some observations:

1)Pivetta pitched very well and deserved a better outcome;

2)Cora manages about as well as I play the piano, which I play very badly;

3)The pitchers in the SOX Bull/Pig Pen have one thing in common with the hitters in the SOX line-up; There's a handful of good ones and a handful of bad ones.

4)On a positive note, 2-5 in the SOX line-up will, imho, put up some excellent offensive stats this season. Hopefully, that will be enough to keep the SOX in contention.

Sponge-face Bob, who was the home plate ump, was no better or worse than the inept chUMPS whom have preceded him. This atrocious calling of balls and strikes has been going on for years and nothing, and I mean nothing, has been done about it. Disgraceful!

How hard is it to throw 4 balls over the course of 7 pitches, at most? We sure make it look easy. Need a big bounce back tonight. Everybody goes through hitting with RISP funks over the course of the season so if we just keep giving ourselves opportunities to score, eventually we will. Meanwhile, Seattle's offense isn't anything to write home about, so stop helping them with 7 walks. Make them earn it. Need a big one from Martin tonight
