According to a comment I heard during the game, Bloom's plan as of now is to have Houck in AAA next year.

 

Well, before today's game, that didn't seem all that out of the question.

 

Let's see how he finishes the season and looks in spring training.

Agreed. A lot depends on what happens over the winter in terms of pitching, but I expect to see Houck with the team sooner rather than later.

Also, he was not arrested, but taken for a psychiatric evaluation instead.
