Almost Time to Close Up the Sgop

Impossible to work on what you can't see. Will most likely turn the computer and trusty desk top printer to one of the Barkley Place maintenance folks at the end of this month. Before losing contact, I'd like to suggest some SOX MOVES based on the many (too many) hours of watching Sox, and other, games this past month or two.

 

One I cn think of that has impressed me all tar, is TOMMY PFANN. TB Rays. Very remindfull of Mookie at this stage of their respective careers. Plenty of chances to see him starting in a few days.. Maybe,

 

Benny and cash for Pfann?

If you decide to 'close the store' you should know that we've greatly appreciated what you've had to say. You've seen players whom most of us have only heard of and your perspective has been greatly appreciated.

 

I think I can speak for all of us when I say that I hope you reconsider, and whether you do or not I wish you a happy and interesting life. As an ardent fan at 90+ you've become my role model.

Thank you Mal. I am humbled. Yep, Mookie's rookie season. I hope you stick around. Your memory is amazing. You can remember that and I can barely remember what I had for breakfast!

 

The other guy was a poster who went by "jidge". He's a high school and American Legion baseball coach who lives somewhere in the midwest. "Jidge" faithfully came to ST every year to take his handicapped father-in-law to games. A quality individual.

I understand if you feel it's time to close up shop, but I really hope you can find a way to hang out with us a little bit longer. You are an inspiration.
