Before we all get carried away, this bombasting is being done against minor league pitching. But it is fun to watch.

 

We know this already. If this team is gonna make any run they have to beat 500 clubs. They must have a very ugly record against those type of teams. Last series win in april.

True, but you have to play the teams as they come on your schedule. In spite of all these HR's when midnight comes around it'll only be one more win in the W column.

 

But you're right.. it is fun to watch. Especially if you're a Sox fan. An O's fan... not so much.

One thing I like about not playing the Skankees is not having that Yankee Troll, Jacksonionmarx (or whatever his name is) on this board bragging about the Skanks.

White Sox up 5-1 on Skankees and Rays losing 4-0. Could be a good night all around. Skankees have played 100 games against the Orioles this season.

Trey Mancini really doesn't fit on this Owful team.

 

Like all teams, they have a few bona fide major leaguers. Mancini is an all-star, Means could be as well. Severino and Alberto have some potential to have decent careers and Villar could help a lot of teams. These latter 3 aren’t going to lead a team but they would be nice pieces.

 

The rest of the team not so much, and only one of them is a pitcher.

Giolito pitching in that game. Trying to go 10-1 with a 2.25 era. Not to shabby.
