Wow, Gary Sanchez didn't hustle at all on an absurdly weird ending to Yankees/Rays game, Yankees could've tied game there easily if he showed any effort down the line.. Lol, Thanks Tampa and Gary

 

Isn’t he a very slow runner though? Wouldn’t shock me if they traded him.

He is slow, but did you see the play? He literally wasn't even jogging, he almost stopped at one point. It was pathetic effort. At least for as slow as a guy like Leon is, he'll show effort

Ok, I admit blindness, but what did happen on that sac fly (not) by Betts ??

 

That stuff will get you a bench seat in the dugout for the next game or two or a bus ride to Paw-town. Not really excusable to not know the out count

If Phillips is close to ready, I really would consider sending Devers down for a couple weeks. Physical mistakes are one thing, but he's made several mental ones recently as well. He needs to realize being in the majors is not a right.

Devers needs to be benched for at least a game or two to wake him up. He dilly dallied around on the ground ball in the 8th that cost them a run too.
