I'm thinking one would have to go back to Ted Williams to match the numbers JD has at this point in the season for the SOX. His name was Juan Gonzalez and he was an RBI machine in the '90's. That particular year 1998 he finished with 157 RBI.

I will say that defensively Nunez is much better at 3rd than 2nd. He seems more comfortable there.
