Probably Manny Ramirez.

Racking my brain on this one. I think you are right.

Schilling, trade. Thought maybe Adrian Gonzalez, but that was a trade. Interesting question though.

Sale actually pitching down to the competition in the second. Over 40 pitches for 2

Sale needs to learn to pitch to some contact, especially with big leads. Trying to strike everyone out does not help his stamina late in the year.

We need to givee him pointers on how to pitch?

Kind of like saying a 4 star Michelin rated restaurant should serve a cheeseburger cause it's a slow night.

What's with JDM biting his fingers then pointing to the sky on evert pitch? I get the pointing to the sky I think, something religious. But, what is the biting his fingers?

I'm thinking one would have to go back to Ted Williams to match the numbers JD has at this point in the season for the SOX. I do remember a player on the Rangers a while back who had 100 RBI at the All-Star break. I forgot his name. He did slow down quite a bit after the ASB. Edited by SPLENDIDSPLINTER

I can't help you with that, but the deep breath he takes before each pitch he got from Victor Martinez.

How many more homers would JD have with YS as his homepark? 10?

Just hope the stupid HR Derby at the A-S game doesn't mess him up

Like a sniper, before pulling the trigger. Take a breath and let it out slowly, makes you steady and concentrate.

Actually I have no freakin idea. That just sounded cool.

His name was Juan Gonzalez and he was an RBI machine in the '90's. That particular year 1998 he finished with 157 RBI.
