Back to baseball - I don't understand the Leon hate/critics. He's a very good defensive catcher, who is smart, knows how to call games and pitchers like him. I don't really care if he contributes much offensively, he's a positive and I like him on the team, he's a professional and good veteran. He's been hot lately and isn't as bad offensively as he looked earlier in the year.

There's really just one critic; he's just very, ahem, passionate(?).

Mookie is so great that his HR's now send opposing pitchers directly to the DL.

11:37am: The Rays will make a pitching change today, according to Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times (via Twitter). Righty Jake Faria will hit the 10-day DL after suffering an oblique injury, while the club will select the contract of lefty Vidal Nuno to replace him.

It has a whole lot to do with the fact that he started our first game.

Tomorrow night Porcello will catch Sale with his 11th start.

If Price didn't have his carpal issues tonight would probably be his 11th start.

Please don't ignore the math. He has 1107 pitches in 29.6% of the season. Chances are very good he will go over 3400 again this year, and last year that sure looked like too many pitches.

Unquestionable!

The guy is a warhorse! Give him the ball, and he won't want to come out.

Red Sox need to give him a night off as often as possible !
