The Orioles are a special kind of bad. Like Jesus Christ, they let THREE DIFFERENT players get 2 hits in the same inning. How often does that ever happen?

 

Reminds me of that 14-run first inning in the 27-9 game against the Marlins back in 2003. Damon had three hits in that inning. Carl Pavano started that game, haha. And the Marlins won the friggin World Series that year!

 

Also, I could be remembering incorrectly, but I think Mike Lowell, who was on the Marlins then, complained about the Sox running up the score. The last out of that first inning was at the plate, I think.
