Maybe we have been talking at cross purposes. I originally asked you how wearing a Puerto Rican hat would be received in the DR. Then we discussed MLB's investment in the DR which you pointed out doesn't equate with international teams in the eyes of Dominicans. Sk then said some stuff about debt etc which I deferred to you about and I mentioned that the DR was a sovereign nation. MVP said that it was a territory without sovereignty, which is where my misunderstanding started. Now, I realize that MVP was talking about Puerto Rico while I was talking about the DR all along. I misread Sk's post. I saw DR when it said PR. SK must have misread my post, because he responded to my question about the DR with information about PR. I was talking about the DR all along.
