The team got hot. It had nothing to do with Farrell. He let this team fall apart the last week of the season and has them playing scared. They had a 2 run deficit last night with the cy young winner on the mound... You're telling me the team thought that wasn't winnable? It's only looking so bad right now because they are vomiting all over themselves. If they had any composure whatsoever it wouldn't be looking so bad right now. It reflects on the manager. Fair or not, it's his job.

 

So if they get hot it has nothing to do with the manager but when they cool off it's his fault. Got it.

Maybe we need to look at this like game 3 of the 2004 ALCS.

 

One other history lesson for you doom and gloomers. (actually 2). Google the 1999 ALDS. Then google the 2003 ALDS.

All that's left now is to get drunk and watch the other two games tonight and hope they are at least entertaining.

 

Sorry to viewers who were expecting this to be a good game.... talk about boring people to death. Just let this f***ing thing end

It's a lot easier to be critical when things are going southm so I'll take the opportunity and offer one suggestion for Sunday's game"

 

Bench JBJ. He's reverted to a former self, including his fielding. He has not made a good throw to home plate in weeks. Over throwing. He also not paying attention to base runners. Life a runer on first who will take second. He really stinks at the plate, and is a total waste (at this time). Put Benindtendi in CF and Young in left. Stop the K's.

Cleveland bullpen and Kluber have pitched lights out.

One a side note if this series goes five games and Porcello goes on three days rest, do you trust Price for game five. They have no choice.

So by going with that logic do they bench Bogaerts ... Play Shaw at third and Holt at shortstop. Do you want to lose defense in CF. He's hitting 9 th.

That was the best that we could hope for from Bradley the way that he has been going.

 

Package him up with others and get Sale in the off season.

 

Now that is something different. Yes I would package him to get Sale... No brainer. The others would include Moncada, Groome.... Are you still in with that. Just asking.

Idk about that. Cleveland has an awesome record at home. Go look at their road record. This team basically hit the off button hoping to restart it in the postseason. You can't do that!!! Last night was huge because you can't trust david price. He stinks!

JBJ also had 2 poor throws to the plate in game 1

 

Betts has done nothing. It is time for him to step up. We are in bad shape if our best hitter in the series will be Holt.

 

Ya agreed by this time they are just praying for the end lol. Hold out for Sunday

I trust that DD will get a good deal. I just can't take the all or nothing streaks of Bradley. As soon as he hits his way out of the 9 hole, he plays himself back into it.
