I keep reading about our bright future, and I am enjoying watching Betts and XB and Swihart. They look like solid major league players. On the pitching side of the ledger, ER is exciting and I am interested in seeing Johnson, but other than them and Owens, I don't think we have a lot of good young arms coming down the pike. We seem to suck at drafting and developing pitchers.

Nice win today. Our offense did a good job beating one of the top 2 or 3 pitchers in the league. I am not convinced that Masterson can be consistently good. Tampa's offense is a bunch of pea shooters, no punch at all.
