Rick "The Bonafide #2" Porcello (3-2, 4.38 ERA) vs Scott "Don't Call Me Cashmere" Kazmir (2-1, 2.75 ERA)

The Sox got a nice win yesterday to take them into their west coast swing. One game winning streak!

Let's continue the Mother Mojo to make it 2 in a row tonight!

Get it done boys!

Why does the West Coast road trip have to be BEFORE I live on the West Coast? They really should be more considerate of my schedule.

The one thing I would like about the time difference on the west coast would watching every game and not being sleep deprived.

This sounds interesting? Where you moving to?

I lived in the Bay area for a while during some great baseball years. Everything in the bar stopped when Mr. Bonds came up to bat.

I forgot Vic was back tonight. He hadn't been hitting so well before going down. How did he do in rehab?

JBJ just can't get a break. Last night the pressure must have been immense. Goes like 0 for 4, and now has to sit and think about it.

I think Vic went hitless in his rehab. What was the corresponding move to calling him up?

I hope Cubans heal fast.

Must be very hard for Jackie. It's not like he got an entire year to prove he's worth playing.

I could see folding on a JBJ hand.

I guess I look at players who had success and then just tank it, and there isn't any physical issues. I think it must be mental. Craig is another example.

JBJ succeeded at the previous level, and then became the worst hitter in the league. Yea, there should be a drop off, but not that big of one. Maybe he found the "right stuff" again.

Allen Craig was an all-star when he was in St. Louis. I'm not saying he's any good now. I'm actually quite frankly relieved that he's gone.

As far as Jackie Bradley Junior goes, he's never had success at the major-league level. Spring-training doesn't count.

What they did was basically replaced one crappy player with another. It's a wash. But, the crappy players that they called hasn't proven that he can even hit in the major-league. At least Allen Craig and Daniel Nava have done it before.

Yep, not staying up til after midnight for this one. Go Sox.

It starts at 11 in my time zone. So best-case scenario, the game is over at 2 AM LOL.

I kind of look at AAA as a confidence builder for someone who should be in at MLB. I think Craig getting to work on his stuff in AAA is a good thing. Again, it's my "how can they fall so far so fast" mentality. If Craig comes back to form...... and add him to the should of would have offence that should pick up, then we are a super slugging team like we are suppose to be.

Did they seriously send down Bradley after 2 games? I am asking, because I don't know.

I don't think so. Bradley and Vic are suppose to be the left-righty platoon now.

Allen Craig.

Craig went down to make room for Bradley. I looked it up. Luis Jimenez got sent down to make room for Victorino. I didn't realize that guy had been up.

That's right. I was trying to find out too after I realized Jackie got Creig's spot on the roster. The Red Sox website didn't mention it and Boston.com only had Patriots news.
