Koji is expiring. Time to give Tazawa a chance at closing. He's more than deserves it.

The f*** are you talking about? He had a 0.75 WHIP and 0.00 ERA before tonight. Overreact much?

What's been up with Koji recently? Been getting himself into trouble

Yea, his stuff hasn't looked so good recently for sure...... it's concerning.

If Craig keeps Jones to a single, they still lose. Loss is 100% on Koji.

Not necessarily, with runners on base and the sox still having the lead it changes the complexity of the game as well as pitch selection and location

It's time to give Tazawa a chance at the job. Can't rely forever on Koji.

Which Koji neither have. His fastball is junk, and his location isn't pinpoint. If he can't locate the fastball, his splitter becomes much more expose.

Why is Craig in right field? What the f*** does Holt have to do to get it through John Farrell's head that he's the better option.

Help get Farrell an anal transplant-----for his head!!!!!

And I couldn't believe Farrell don't run out Holt or Nava for Craig. I can't stand his game management.

Every time I think of Farrell I can barely contain my utter rage at that moron. Craig should NOT have been in there because we needed decent defense that last inning and anyone would be better than Craig---who in my opinion anyway, does NOT want to be in Boston and never has. Get his ass out of town. As for Farrell, sit Napoli down tomorrow. After all he went three for four tonight and you did the same thing to Holt this evening.....with another disaster move you miserable puke. Well all we can hope for is that the team overcomes this imbecile and wins tomorrow despite having him in the dugout. And Farrell, you play Holt tomorrow, the next day, the day after that and so on.

Koji may have blown the save but no competent manager would have left either Craig or Ramirez in the outfield in that situation. Nava and Holt should have been on the field after the Sox took the lead.

So he blows one save and you panic. What are you gonna do when Taz shits the bed in the closer role? He's hardly lights out in the set-up role. I'm giving Koji the ball every time until he consistently shows he can't be relied upon. I don't think we're at that point yet.

Who plays first if you bench Nap? Holt's had 8 career games there. Nap's been flashing the leather and digging out a bunch of bad throws from Panda. He's finally warming up with a 3-4. Farrell would be even more of an idiot for benching him than he already is for benching Holt and not bringing on defensive replacements.

Hey Farrell, did you know you can make defensive substitutions?

For a team that's supposed to be all over defensive shifts, not having your best possible OF alignment for your flyball closer with a slim-lead is a massive head-scratcher. Farrell needs to get his s*** together.

Or Victorino. Incompetence by Farrell.

You better just start dealing with it, Hudson! Listen to me! Hudson, just deal with it, because we need you and I'm sick of your ********.

Koji had a rough time for a good chunk of last season. He has not looked really good for a while.

Cherington hitched his wagon to Koji. Until he completely implodes, he's your closer. Anyone who thinks he's 2013 Koji is lying to themselves. That being said, he should still be effective for you guys and your other options available to this point are sub par. Leaving Craig in the OF with a 1 run lead in extra innings is inexcusable if there was another viable option. He's a 1b playing OF.

I heard Vic was put on the DL?

"The Red Sox placed right fielder Shane Victorino on the 15-day disabled list before Saturday night’s game against the Baltimore Orioles and recalled righthander Matt Barnes."

Koji flat out lost the game, but you still need to blame the manager.

Maybe by the ASB you'll actually watch the games and see that his stuff isn't there anymore?

While there should have been a defensive replacement, Craig is still a goat for diving. If you go for a diving catch in that situation you better f***ing come up with it. Cost us big time.

The catch wasn't the issue. It was misplaying a single into a triple. Regardless there was no excuse for not having a defensive substitute for Ramirez
