Holt has looked pretty good. If you could trust him to back up at short you would have to think about keeping him over Herrera. WMB has to come back and supply some power to a lineup that has lacked it. If he is not hitting homers he is no good to us.

It could be in the cards if, one, Middlebrooks could stay in one piece physically and then start showing his power, and, two, if we could get that Manchurian Candidate Drew out of the lineup and out of town. But we know with Farrell's man-crush on little jd that will never happen.

I assume that Drew will moved after the non-waiver deadline, they really need him to get on a hot streak. Move XB back to SS and give him to rest of the year to see if he can at least be average there.
