********. There's plenty of strategy in the AL. But we also have nine hitter lineups that can actually produce offense in most games as opposed to a lot of bunting and sac flys for 1 run wins. f*** that noise... nice to win like that every now and then but much better to bash out a s*** ton of runs if you can. Plus how can realistically justify having a $18 to $20 million star pitcher come to the plate three times every five days with a distinct possibility of injury if they run the bases and pull something.

Both leagues have their strategies and they're equally valid. That babying the pitcher mentality is every bit as ridiculous as the babying the QB in football. They get paid to play the game, at the end of the day.
