Rare that you can give a guy as much advance notice and as much time to get warm as Felix has gotten tonight. That has been Felix relief issue. He cannot get ready that quickly and really does not like the "just be ready" sort of approach to pitching. By his own admission, just does not do well with it under the normal relief kinds of situations.

 

If Felix had actually started a game with two solid innings like this I think we would have been tickled.
