I wouldn't expect it - I think Breslow gets a spin - although with the schedule breaking the way it has, no doubt Farrell will have no problem going to Uehara quickly.

I don't really see the need for Koji to go for two. I like the idea of it, the feeling of security it gives me, but Game 2 seems like a bad time to start overworking your closer. Breslow has been, frankly, almost as reliable this postseason.

1. Hasn't pitched in almost a week

2. Day off tomorrow

3. We've got the rest of the offseason to heal - this is why you manage these guys carefully April-September

Had to give Lackey his shot to get through 7 as well as he was pitching. Could argue that Farrell should have gone right to Bres after the walk with two LH bats coming up. But I can live with this just as well even with the hit. Funny game baseball.
