Goddamn it, now I want waffles. You son of a bitch.

Mmm...I see a tall stack of fluffy blueberry pancakes with fresh berries in them, and a side order of crisp bacon.

In the top of the 11th against the Rays, the Alfonso Soriano just stole 3rd and Grandy sac flied him in.

He's one of the guys right?

No adult east chocolate chip pancakes.

Yeah, except adults who enjoy both pancakes and chocolate. Also, adults who aren't bitter and cynical and completely lacking in any sort of enjoyment.

I definitely don't lack in enjoying life. It's not like I've tried to throw my life away on opiates or anything.

Yeah, because clearly you know everything that has gone on in my life that led, directly and indirectly to my decision. That's why when I insulted you for being an ******* to someone about what kind of pancakes they like, you immediately jump to making snide allusions to my past substance abuse to...what? Make me feel bad? Maybe I can murder someone you love and then get away with it, and then mock you for whatever way you end up trying to live with it!

Who's the f***ing 5 year old here?

I don't know why the f*** I haven't gotten rid of you yet. I hate you. Every single f***ing post is either a dig at someone for no f***ing reason or just you being a general *******. Get ready to not be around anymore, because the day is coming soon where I'm going to stop putting up with your presence.

Oh, yeah, and in case I didn't make it clear, f*** you.

I wonder when the Rays will finally play 4 times on days that we don't play so they'll have played the same amount of games and we won't have to worry about this loss column stuff.

1 tomorrow @ KC

1 on 9/16 vs TEX

1 on 9/23 vs BAL

1 on 9/26 @ NYY

The Rays play 34 games in the next 35 days. Of those 34 games, 20 are away, 14 are at home. That includes a 10-game west coast trip which starts next weekend.

BTW Youk, just for the record my thumbs up was for your post. It wasn't meant to be a vote (we don't get a vote) on your ultimate decision regarding your decision on the matter. LOL!! Just want to clarify that. Edited by a700hitter

What I find funny is that they haven't played the Angels at all this year. 7 games in 10 days vs LAA. That WC trip could see them dropping at least 4.

last Sunday, the ESPN crew reported that Farrell had said that he would try to get Ortiz in 3 of the 6 west coast games. I found it incredulous that he would sit the centerpiece of the lineup for 3 games. ESPN's report turned out to be accurate, and I remain incredulous.

I think it more likely than usual that there will be a bench brawl between the Rays and Angels. That is a lotta' one team to see in a short period and Maddon can be the most maddening person on the planet.

Meanwhile....A RUN!
