Zito is such a junk baller now....even more so than usual that I really don't think it matters what side of the plate you hit from. Either you are patient enough to time and hit his junk or you are not. You have to stay off the crap that is headed off the plate as well as there is plenty of that from Zito.

Pedey broke through last AB, so I'm not bummed that he didn't do anything there. He pulled a solidly hit groundball. Not told bad.

Well, the Giants got one decent year from Zito, last year.

 

Pretty incredible that it was Zito who had to save the Giants from elimination by St. Louis in Game 5 of the NLCS and he pulled it off.

Despite how much most people on here hate Salty, I am completely find with the season he's bad. There really isn't many great options at catcher in MLB.

Ya' gotta' wonder seeing this game by Felix combined with Lester's game if part of the reason Peavy was so ....well peeved was because he knew this team was not really raking on him and he felt that he could have gone longer. SF did nothing against Lester....doing next to nothing today and really had not done all that much against Peavy.
