Hey iortiz, just a word or two of caution. It would be terrific is we could run the tables on the Astros this next series, but it seems too many are taking this next set of games as near sure things. They are not. We have a better team this year, no doubt about that, but our wins don't come easy and we have to earn every one we get with an occasional exception. We need to treat Houston as any rival we play or we may be surprised. If, OTOH, we play to our ability we all be smiling to beat the band come Sunday evening.

 

Close win, nail biter, and scary but a good way to end the A's series. They slaughter us one game, we get them two by close scores and take the series. Reminded me a little of that 1960 World Series between the Yankees and Pirates.
