Guys, really. Literally just ignore the guy. Don't respond to his posts. This is how he wants to spend his Friday night, no use arguing with him.

Just saw John and Jeremy Farrell on the field talking and having their picture taken (probably by a third family member). Baseball probably has more of a history of son following father than any of the other major team sports. Kinda' one of the nicer things about pro baseball.

Farrell just said DeLaRosa will start the season in Portland or Pawtucket. Portland? He's better than half the Red Sox starters right now. But he has options and there are salaries ahead of him. That's why they suck.

They have a lot of depth in the lineup with those veterans they've signed, but they will go nowhere unless their starting pitching improves. They better put a short leash on DeLaRosa--they are going to need him soon--options, salaries or no.

Wright doesn't look like he's in the best of shape, his stuff looks like it could definitely play at the major league level though.

Knuckler sharp first inning, but straightened out and left high the 2nd inning. Had to be taken out.

DeLaRosa belongs in their rotation right now, but it's the Red Sox.

Heading to the game! Sitting 8 rows back from home plate.

Really looking forward to seeing Webster throw.

Going to try to get tickets to tomorrow's game against the Yanks, right now they're crazy expensive but about 2.5 hours before the game, you can usually find them for really cheap

No he doesn't. He's coming off TJS and needs to be brought along slowly. He will be on the team eventually just like Bradley and Bogaerts. And like in the case of those two. There is no reason for them to start the season in Boston.

Have fun. You are lucky that you have good seats at Hammond Stadium. Most of the seats there are steel benches that are like sitting in an oven if you are wearing shorts. They have good Brats at Hammond Stadium freshly grilled.

Cherrington has his little minions behind him and they look like the biggest douchebags ever. All wearing the exact same thing. They look like they're trying to be FBI agents.

Just met Cherrington at the game. Pretty sweet!

I give it one week before he succumbs to the SFF curse and falls down a flight of stairs like in The Exorcist.

Dempster is making his second start of the spring.

Tazawa looks unhittable again. 5 pitch mix as a reliever, 3 different fastballs, 2 breaking ball that he has excellent control of. These are way above average pitches.

Hanrahan, gonna be a long year with his 5.00BB/9

He would have been fine today without 2 E's from Sutton.

He is far from fine with s***** control he displayed. This is a guy who walk over 5 over 9 last season. Today is a red flag.

Pelfrey has got a heck of a move to first for a big guy.

Just made Nava look like the career minor leaguer/backup major leaguer that he surely is.

Nice defensive half inning for the Sox. Dempster looked good..kept the twins hitters off balance...forced a number of ground balls. WMB and Iggy both looked good making plays on ground balls.

John Farrell commercials is worse than bad. It is just boring. I don't think that commercial will motivate a single fan to buy a ticket.

My wife: he seems like a great guy, way better than the last douche.

As a Red Sox Fan I aint got something nice to say about the O's after 2-5 loss. So I can only say : Oh s***!!

Seriously? No one got hurt, Hanrahan had a great inning, Doubront looked strong. I would suggest curving your expectations for ST games.
Posted

Yeah, ST is all about the pitching, and most of the results there so far have been encouraging.

I would like to see Ellsbury square up on a few balls. It'd be nice to see some of that 2011 power stroke back.
